This Privacy Policy explains how FortuneWiz LLC (“FortuneWiz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the Football mobile application (the “App”) and related FortuneWiz services.

By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. The App is intended only for users who are at least 21 years old and who are located in supported regions.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account and personal information: email address, username or nickname, user ID, and authentication credentials or tokens used to sign in.
  • Approximate location: location inferred from your IP address for regional availability and compliance checks. The App does not request precise GPS location.
  • Financial and transaction information: account balance information, match entry fees, game-pool activity, winnings, and related transaction history. Deposits and withdrawals are handled through the FortuneWiz website rather than inside the App.
  • App activity: room selection, matchmaking activity, ready status, match participation, gameplay events, results, and other interactions with the App.
  • Network information: IP address and technical information needed to connect to FortuneWiz services and the multiplayer networking service.

2. How We Use Information

  • authenticate users and manage access to FortuneWiz accounts;
  • display account and balance information;
  • provide matchmaking, real-time multiplayer gameplay, room management, and match results;
  • process match entry fees, game-pool activity, rewards, and related account records;
  • enforce age and regional availability requirements;
  • prevent fraud, cheating, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our terms;
  • maintain the security, reliability, and operation of the App and related services;
  • comply with legal, tax, regulatory, dispute-resolution, and law-enforcement obligations.

3. Service Providers and Disclosures

We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for third-party advertising. We may disclose information to service providers that process it on our behalf to operate the App, including:

  • Exit Games / Photon: real-time multiplayer networking, rooms, matchmaking, and related game-session services;
  • hosting and infrastructure providers: operation of FortuneWiz servers, databases, APIs, and network services;
  • professional advisers and authorities: where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or FortuneWiz, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or respond to valid legal requests.

4. Data Security

FortuneWiz uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Communications with FortuneWiz account and API services use HTTPS/TLS where implemented. Real-time multiplayer traffic is processed through Photon using the transport configured in the App, and not every gameplay transmission is guaranteed to use end-to-end payload encryption. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, transaction, security, and gameplay-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain business and financial records, investigate fraud or disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirement. Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.

6. Account Creation and Data Deletion

Accounts are created and managed through the FortuneWiz website, not inside the Football App. The App currently does not provide an in-app account deletion feature. Privacy inquiries and requests to exercise rights available under applicable law may be sent to support@fortunewiz.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children or minors. Users must be at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly permit users under 21 to create or use a FortuneWiz account for gameplay.

8. International Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, including locations where FortuneWiz and its service providers operate. Data-protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
